Medication Request

If you’re an existing client you may wish to take advantage of our online pet medication request service. Available via collection from either our Brighton or Peacehaven clinics, we offer this service to existing clients who require ongoing or periodic medications.

Adhering to our duty of care is paramount, so for you to take advantage of this service we will need to have examined your pet within the last six months in most cases. In some cases the vet may want to reassess your pet more frequently than this, in which case they will discuss this with you. We also make an exception for flea and worm treatments, which we are happy to dispense for up to 6 months after seeing your pet.

Many medications can be collected from either our Brighton or Peacehaven clinics within forty-eight hours of the request being submitted.

We will usually only dispense medication for our own clients, however under certain circumstances we can dispense specialist medication with your vet’s permission.

Many medications are "unlicensed" for use in a specific species or for the treatment of specific disease. The use of unlicensed medication is common in pet animals however you should be clear on why a particularly medication is being administered and any potential risks associated with this.
