Sue Merchant

Sue joined New Priory in 2015 as part of the reception team, and  is now our Client Care Manager. Sue plays a pivotal role in supporting both the finance and insurance teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative processes within the practice. Sue helps create a seamless experience for clients, by providing a positive and professional client journey from start to finish.

Sue has two Tabby cats called Ronnie and Bertie, who are brothers and double trouble, but very adorable. Also a tortoise named  Pablo who was rescued and loves his new garden.

Sue enjoys spending time with her family, long beach walks and travelling.
